August Moons Balms, Butters and Bombs has been a journey in the making for quite some time. Hi, I am Colony Wilson, mom to three handsome boys and the founder/owner of a small business called AMB3. After 18 years and countless of hours sitting in Atlanta traffic, I left my corporate position. I found that by the time I made it home to my family, I had nothing left to give. I took a leap of faith and decided to change careers so that I could spend quality time with my boys. Who knew that I would switch careers and become an entrepreneur, right before the pandemic of 2020? Definitely a life-changing experience and the best decision I have ever made, aside from becoming a mom.
So, why body products? I found that most of the items that we purchase as consumers, contain so many additives in them. Aside from caring for my own skin, I wanted to learn and understand what I was applying to my sons skin. This included harsh detergents and commercialized ingredients made in mass. With my love of biology and chemistry, combined with my appreciation of art, entering the world of body products was an easy and exciting decision. As a result, and after a lot of research, the birth of our company August Moons Balms, Butters and Bombs came to life. We pride ourselves on using organic, natural, vegan products that are sustainably resourced. We are using ingredients that are harvested from the earth, unrefined and untouched by processes that make usage for the skin dangerous. We hope that you will use our products and feel cleansed while also retaining your own natural moisture.
Saving the best for last, the name of my company is on loan from my 3 year old son August Moon. He cheerfully lends his moniker for the business. My sons are a pivotal and integral piece of the company. With each passing day their worth becomes more evident. Together we look forward to providing all of your organic body product needs.

Our body and face oil is great for the body/face as well as your scalp. Our body butter helps moisturize the scalp, as well. We have even heard that our beard balms have been used to re-twist locs. Our products are made to order and thus are not sitting on a shelf for long. They are made and sold within a three month time frame. Each product found on our website is made with love, care and support for the community.
